Second Opportunity Holdings, LLC acquires Bomanite Corporation Intellectual Properties
GRANITE BAY, Calif. – Second Opportunity Holdings, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, has recently acquired from Bomanite Corporation the rights to the company trademarks, service marks, license agreements, marketing materials, product formulations, and other intellectual property. Second Opportunity Holdings, LLC will be doing business as “The Bomanite Company”.
The Bomanite Company will continue to promote the network of licensed contractors, the systems they install, and the Bomanite brand to architects, landscape architects, interior designers, engineers, homeowners, general contractors and developers.
The network of Bomanite contractors, who are highly skilled, specially trained and licensed by The Bomanite Company to install the Bomanite Systems, are independently owned and operated. They continue to provide the same expertise, service, knowledge, quality and professional installations to the architectural concrete community.
The Bomanite branded materials and products utilized by the Bomanite Licensed Contractors will be manufactured by toll blenders from the proprietary Bomanite product formulations. The toll blenders will be strategically located on a regional basis to help control costs of products and promote a more “green” approach by minimizing freight distances for product shipments.
