Scheduling polished concrete

Polished concrete is fast becoming the most popular option for no-wax commercial flooring. Recent advances in polishing techniques results in a floor with a high-gloss finish that never needs waxes or other coatings. Polished concrete can also be accomplished with little to no down time in your business, couple that with the cost savings over traditional commercial flooring applications and you will soon see why it is the best solution.

The grinding process used to create a highly polished no-wax concrete floor is an extremely non-invasive choice for already operating businesses. The process produces little downtime, is odorless and can continue to be walked on during the process. Often crews will work during off hours while business continues to run as usual during normal operating hours. The entire process can be accomplished with minimal disruption to the existing schedule of the client.

If color and sealers are used in addition to the polishing process there will be a no traffic window. Most colors and sealers are extremely fast drying and if applied during off hours will result in full use of the floor by the time the doors open in the morning.

Consult with your concrete contractor to devise a schedule that will reduce or eliminate the disruption to your business.
